"Good! Juan from Infinity also came out a couple weeks ago to repair a leaking pipe on my toilet. He did a good job, and was fast. I told him that my toilet flushes on its own sometimes as well, and asked if it could lead to a toilet explosion (I read it on reddit one day). He said he it'd depend on the issue. I asked him to let the landlords know it's doing that, if he agrees with me that it's not normal. So I guess he did, since my landlords finally sent him back over today to check into these ghost flushes. They replaced a valve that goes in the toilet tank. Seems good so far. It's only been like 20 minutes since they left, but I haven't heard any flushes so far. I'm feeling confident that this valve fixed the issue. I can't imagine how high my landlords water bill must've been getting with all those extra flushes, and I was getting irritated hearing all that water go to waste. Thanks so much Infinity plumbing."
